Every time you watch a video, start to go to sleep, drive, and even in moments of listening to music you are in trance. The frequency of the sounds and repetition of the words being spoken during those time are extremely impactful on your subconscious.
Your subconscious controls upwards of about 80% or more of our daily actions studies find. This affects whether we make the best decisions for our health, spirit, body, and future or the most comfortable one. These habits are created by the positive reinforcement we give to our actions and thoughts when we repeat them. Even when we know we want to start something new that would benefit our lives, we have adapted on a neurological level to our old habits. Through repetition and visualization we can create new, positive neural pathways that cause our habitual self to seek whatever mind food we feed it. As we get older change either comes from repetition or major life changes.
This personalized hypnosis is intended to be a rerouting for your neural pathways - so you can visualize your desired outcome pertaining to habits and personal growth you feel you have a hard time overcoming on your own. By following the listening schedule, you will be able to create enough positive repetition your brain will start to look for similar patterns in your waking day.
Each purchase comes with a 1 on 1 session where we discuss obstacles in the now and goals moving forward. By the end of the session we will come up with a list of wants and desires and the ways in which you will achieve it. These will be incorporated into the personalized hypnosis recording.
You will receive a prep hypnosis at the end of the 1 on 1 session, intended to clear mind clutter and open the mind for new pathways to be created. This will be listened to for 6 nights after the 1 on 1. On the 7th day you will receive your personalized hypnosis recording.
I recommend listening to the hypnosis nightly on your way to sleep or when you first wake up (setting your alarm earlier than usual to play as you wake up) for the best results. This is where you are closer to the theta stage and can integrate easier.
